SADA Capital Partners LLC., ("SCP") is a capital and asset management company located in Downers Grove, Illinois. Our preferred investment vehicle is real-estate. We get a rush from unlocking value in overlooked assets. We purchase properties and non-performing commercial real-estate mortgage notes at steep discount from lenders motivated to reduce their delinquency ratio and special assets portfolio. We unlock profits by turning around the assets or negotiating a workout agreement with the existing borrowers. We value work ethic, intellectual curiosity, and dedication.
